Hi. I'm a Cambodian student study in Corporate Finance at National Economic University.
Stock market is important for economic growth especially in raising the fund for the company to open more their activities . That why i choose to translate non official many laws that related with the financial market like Vietnamese stock law ( stock Law or Droit de labourse ) for the reader.Cambodian Government understand exactly about their role and try to create the stock market in the future.

Cambodia, Vietnam to Discuss Border Issues

Cambodia and Vietnam expect to discuss their oceanic border issue during Vietnam President's visit in late February, a Cambodian high-ranking official confirmed Tuesday.

King Sihamoni has extended the invitation to President Nguyen Minh Triet to visit Cambodia, mainly to strengthen bilateral ties between the two countries.

Government spokesman Khieu Kanarith tells VOA Khmer that part of the talks will be about the Brevier Line, an issue of concerns for the Vietnamese.

In other news, Vietnam and Cambodia got closer in border relations after one year of construction. The Dinh Ba Bridge, connecting Dong Thap Province in Viet Nam and Preyveng Province in Cambodia, officially opened last week.

The new bridge is expected to facilitate trade, tourism and cultural ties between the two countries, particularly for Viet Nam’s Cuu Long (Mekong) Delta provinces and eastern communities in Cambodia.

Nous avons eu, ici, a Hanoi , les dances et les chansons traditionnelles khmeres pour celebreter le 53eme anniversaire de l' independance khmere .

Pour la 1 ere photo de gauche a droite : Sokmean, Phalla, Daravuth, Phanna, Samady, Kimse et Davuth( sexy man). Pour la 2 em photo , c'est moi et les amies Chinoises ( l' amitie Cambo-Chinois ).

This morning i just arrived at HCM city , a big city in southest Vietnam. I visited my friend ( Monirith) at medicine university. Today is so happy cos i just go for awalk in southest HCM city , here a big building with a romantic place , many villa and garden , if you like the quiet place you can buy the apartment to live there .
Tomorrow , i will go to Phnom Penh , capital of Cambodia . i will pass Bavet border after go accross Svay Rieng and Prey Veng province , in the evening i will arrive at Phnom Penh .
Wish our trip safety and alot of happiess na ,,, samlanh all !!!

L’Université Indochinoise a été créée en mai 1906 à Hanoi. Elle répondait au souci de Jules Ferry de « doter l’Indochine de cadres à la hauteur de son développement économique et culturel ». Il s’agissait d’offrir un ensemble de cours et de conférences à des étudiants ayant déjà une bonne culture générale et susceptibles d’exercer des fonctions d’administration. Les enseignements étaient organisés en trois filières : scientifique, juridique et littéraire.

En 1931, période où l’institution atteint sa vitesse de croisière, le corps enseignant de la faculté de médecine, filière la plus noble et la plus ancienne de l’université Indochinoise, était composée de six professeurs titulaires et de treize chargés de cours ; elle accueillait alors 257 étudiants.

Le recrutement de nombreux étudiants étrangers venant de Thaïlande et de Chine notamment montre l’attractivité qu’elle suscite auprès des pays voisins ; un certain nombre d’étudiants français (181 dans les facultés, 25 dans les écoles supérieures) suivaient également ces enseignements.

Au pic de son activité, l’Université Indochinoise totalisera près d’un millier d’étudiants et un corps professoral permanent composé de 25 professeurs titulaires et de 21 chargés de cours.

En 1954, l’Université Indochinoise devient l’Université Nationale de Hanoi et pour marquer ce caractère national, le Président Ho Chi Minh assistera au premier cours qui sera donné dans cette Université.

Si ses résultats sont restés modestes au regard du nombre de diplômés qui sont sortis de ses bancs, l’Université Indochinoise a néanmoins posé les bases de l’université moderne dans cette partie du monde. En parallèle au modèle de l’école confucianiste, elle a contribué à implanter la modernité au Vietnam en proposant des enseignements scientifiques et médicaux et en proposant une pédagogie fondée sur le caractère empirique de la connaissance plus que sur une transmission seulement fondée sur la parole du Maître.
